Slow to ship but the bigger issue is that they are not to size. Every other helmet i have purchased in XL fit like a glove, theirs was waaaay too tight and get this, when you request a return authorization and mailing label...they require YOU to pay for the shipping. They misrepresent their product and you, the duped consumer must pay to return/exchange it. I work 75-90 hours a week so I don't have time for such BS. I'm stuck with the stupid thing and am very disappointed in this vendor. I will never purchase anything from them again. They set the customer care bar so low you need a shovel to find it.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM. They put stuff on there website to get you to buy and when you order them they cancle the order 5 days later and say out of stock. They need to update there website on sizes so you dont sit and think its coming. HORRIBLE COMPANY SINCE THEY CLOSED STORES

My order from 3/22/2021 finally shipped on 4/4/2021. FedEx has come to my house 2 days in a row and there is NO package. Nothing!! I have no idea what the Avenue claimed they “shipped” but FedEx is telling me I have to start a claim b/c there’s NO package.

I first started shopping at Avenue about 20 years ago and for years it was my favorite clothing store. Once I switched to buying online I abandoned Avenue some years back but recently decided to order from them again. BIG MISTAKE! I cannot believe how far Avenue has fallen and I've had the worst customer service experience I've had with any company in a long time. I returned an order and Avenue apparently lost the package or whatever and I have to go through Paypal to get my refund because Avenue does NOT answer the phone nor do they answer emails. It's no wonder they are going out of business. This place is terrible now and it's sad to see how awful it's gotten. They don't give refunds back when they are supposed to and jerk the customers around. That's stealing! I will never do business with them again and will stick with Torrid and Lane Bryant, two stores that KNOW how to treat customers. Hence, why THEY aren't struggling and Avenue is!

My last 2 orders have taken weeks to arrive..I called and told them on each order they shipped to the wrong address. After being put on hold for an hour each time I was told they can't call FedEx because they have a separate company handling that. Ridiculous!!!

I ordered a dress over a week ago and have received nothing. The customer service number is invalid. I sent an email and got a service ticket number which is no good. I had ordered three times before with problems only the third time, which they said was due to snow in Texas. I took them at their word and ordered again, but it's been very disappointing. I will probably never receive the merchandise nor my refund. I'm done with Avenue..I wish I could give zero stars

I would give no stars I should have looked up reviews like I usually do I don't know why I didn't this site is horrible and don't call the numbers left and some of these reviews I tried it was scam people

I have been a long time customer with Avenue, but lately the shipping has been ridiculous. I ordered a jacket on January 1st and didn't receive it until a little over a month later. I went back and forth with customer service and they finally had to resend it for me to get it then. I love the cloud walker shoes because they are comfortable so I order 2 pairs for an upcoming trip next month its been over a week and I still haven't received a confirmation number saying shipped. Beware if you are needing something wear to an event or trip you might want to order 2 months in advance to get it in time.
