I placed an order to Avenue for a “Vestie Hooded Puffer Coat- Black” on September 30th, 2021. The item was marked as delivered October 7th, 2021. The item hadn’t come here, to my address so i contacted Avenue. They told me wait until the next day to see if it would show up so i waited. It didn’t show up! so i contacted again and then they told me to wait 10 days!!! i was like OMGGG so i waited 10 days! and then they told me IT WAS 10 BUSINESS DAYS. SO I ENDED UP WAITING A MONTH AND A HALF! I contacted them after 10 business days. And they told me they needed to launch an investigation with the courier and that they'd contact in 24-48 hours. Its been days, more than 3 days. No one has contacted! im so tired of being lied to and im tired of the run around!!! i contacted them again today!!! they told me againnnn that i’d have to wait for another investigation!! and this time i’d have to wait 48-72 hours!! im so sick of this. This company is a SCAMMMMMM!! And i want my money back every last dime. i paid $107.06 and i want $107.06 back i don’t want the coat anymore and i don’t want to keep having to talk to these people.

This company unfortunately ships with Fedex, and if that wasn’t concerning enough, they also use a shipping option that denies the customer permission to use any Fedex OnSite pickup locations or make any alternate delivery arrangements. Basically, if Fedex can’t (or won’t) deliver to the specified address, you’re out of luck because Avenue decides against giving you any alternative options. No, I was not told beforehand that my local OnSite services would be denied, and I definitely wouldn’t have ordered from here if I had known this. When dealing with such a skittish delivery service, an OnSite pickup option is a MUST to ensure that your package is left in a safe place or left at all, but Avenue has made a challenging experience even worse by taking this choice away from me and other customers. Who knows when I’ll get my package now? What a shame. Definitely considering a refund.

Omgoodness, I should of read the reviews. I loved the brick and mortar stores: online, NOT AT ALL!! I ordered 3 night shirts on July 28th, I still haven't received them. Everytime I check the tracking it either says, date pending or not available. I take that back, a few times there were arrival dates, but those dates came and went. It's August 20th, still waiting. I tried contacting customer service with no avail. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!

I used to love this store when they had brick and mortar stores but now it's horrible. I placed an order 7/22 and my items still have not shipped. I had the same issues months ago and I thought ok I'll try again maybe covid was to blame but what's the excuse now? I call customer service and I get well, we are having delays in our warehouses. I have no idea when your order will ship. I ask to cancel told sorry you can not do that at this time because the order is in the warehouse. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. NOT ONLY THE LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELAYS BUT EVEN THE QUALITY ISN;T THE SAME. YOU FOOLED ME ONCE BUT NOT AGAIN. I SPENT ALOT OF MONEY HERE. I'M A VERY ACTIVE CLOTHING BUYER.

I put in an order online at Avenue on July 16, 2021, The Avenue did not ship out my clothing order until July 23, 2021, It is now July 31, I still do not have my clothes. I do understand that we are still dealing with COVID and a lot of places are short staffed. But, it just don’t make any sense on why they shipped my order off 7 days after I ordered it online🤔? I don’t know if I will be ordering anything from them anytime soon.

This company is one of the worst I've ever come across. I've had 3 orders from March through May and will never order from them again. Have ordered 6 bras in the same size, 2 fit (1 manufacturer defect), 2 too big, 2 too small. Returning is a nightmare. Received someone else's order with my shipping label, but their paperwork and clothing inside. Have called back twice so far, 2nd time requesting a refund since I never received my clothing and was told it would take 3 days for refund. 12 days later and I still haven't been contacted. Their customer service and phone ordering lines appear to be closed on the weekend, so I had to email. I will have to call on Monday morning.

I shopped the online store like I used to shop the physical stores. I purchased 20 items with the intention of returning what didn’t fit. Little did I know that they would not accept returns. Now I am stuck with items I can’t use. The irony is that all tops were purchased in the same size—but some are too large and many are too small.

Absaloutley disgusted at how the range has only sizes for small women and I was under the impression the person who created this label would have created a more diverse option of sizes for curvy ladies very disappointed
