Now they are charging a 10.99 fee for returns if you dont take a gift card. I purchased items and they were not the same in person that were represented on line. I used to buy most or all of my clothing here, but the quality has also gone down and it is more expensive. Jessica London is the same. I am saddened. I did call and told them and I got - well it is a new policy.

The clothing is poorly made with poor quality. The sizes are not accurate, and you need to order at least 1, if not 2 sizes smaller, but it varies so it is difficult to buy clothes. The clothing is significantly overpriced for the quality.

I ordered at hat which was sent promptly but I was then required to pay £40 in customs and excise fees The hat itself already cost £130 and I would certainly not have ordered if I had known how high the fees are . The foldable Izzy hat is fine but probably not worth what I paid for it

Leider auch enttäuscht , Qualität ist angemessen aber wirklich nicht herausragend. Was am meisten stört, Rückerstattung kommen nicht erst nachdem mehrfach geschrieben wird- alles dauert ewig - wenn man bestellt dann passiert erstmal locker 10-14 Tage überhaupt nichts. Leider enttäuschend

I’m so disappointed that Avenue has changed hands. Prices went up and now you have to pay to return any item. They don’t take my Avenue credit card anymore either. I don’t know if I’ll be shopping there anymore. Very frustrating!!!

I have been an avenue fan for years. There was an actual store in my town. I was a regular customer. The local store closed and they went totally online. I felt confident in buying on line because i had bought so much from them in the past. I know my size in Avenue. So. I ordered some jeans on line. There were some'final sale ' jeans and i felt confident in ordering because of my past experience. However, when i received them i was shocked. They did not go past my knees. I had other jeans in the order that were the same size, and fit properly. Because it was a final sale item, they at first would not return. They did, after 6 days, decide i could return with a 7:95 fee. Wow. Frustrating. Buyer beware!!!! Even if size is wrong you will pay if you buy a final sale. Stay away.

I have always loved Avenue and done most of my shopping here for years!! I placed an order 2 days ago and got a text that my items that I ordered (2 pair of jeans) were on sale. I contacted customer service to see about getting the difference as the order hasn't even been fullfilled or shipped. They told me they do not do price matching. I explained that I understand if I had already received the items but they fact that the order hasn't even been picked yet or shipped, they should be able to. They would not do it. The only way for me to get the new price was to return them and order new with the new pricing. What?? That is ridiculous!! So have your employees work harder by restocking the items and forget about customer service? I could totally understand if I had the items in hand but I did not, nor had they shipped yet. Very disappointed as a long time customer and spent $1000's here. Looks like I'll be shopping at Lane Bryant and Woman Within for now on. Now I see why they closed all of their stores. :-/

My last couple of purchases have been disappointing..shirts have been longer than they appear in the ads, jeans have been too big. I also have not been buying too much because styles and colors are not good. Avenue has always been my go to....hopefully it will be again someday.
