I ordered 3 items from Avenue over a week ago, and the delivery status still say “in Fulfillment.” I will never order anything online from them again. Customer service can’t even tell you when your order will be delivered. Proceed with caution before ordering.

The Online store doesn't give you an option for delivery, only one option and it doesn't tell you how long. Ordered an outfit for a funeral and only part of it after 6 days finally was going to be shipped ONLY AFTER I called. No email until AFTER I called that my boots were out of stock. Then no option to get my boots faster up to 2 weeks. What kind of service is that. I'll definitely just stick to Amazon or Walmart for all my ordering.

What a crap product nothing like in the PICTURE My Dress was delivered 3 months late I ordered on 12-12-2020 I was Lucky I sent this Garbage back to them It took 3 months for my package to come just for the product to run EXTREMELY small and the product to be damaged!!!! On top of I was a size 14 but the wrongly sent dresses to me were at most size 10 The material was flimsy and looked like it was made by an amateur knitting class. We had a good laugh it was so hideous but I stopped laughing when they refuse to back their product I was trying to send the PRODUCT back I went on social media and got this COMPANY HELP ᴱⁱᵍʰᵗ ᶠᵒᵘʳ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ2𝘰𝘯𝘦 seven2four five I REACH OUT THE COMPANY AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND NICE THEY PROVIDE ME THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS AND MY MONEY WAS DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT IN TIME THAN FINALLY, I SENT BACK THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE, HORRIBLE DRESS TO THE COMPANY DO NOT BUY HERE= Sent the wrong size of a product and… Horrible!!! Never again! And don't order!

Products are cheaply made and of poor quality, It took two months to get here !!!!! My first experience was perfect THE CLOTHES I ORDERED ARE NOT GOOD I placed an order on 1/18/2021 for a few dresses & a blouse from them but after several weeks they sent 3 dresses which I have not ordered. On top of I was a size 14 but the wrongly sent dresses to me were at most size 10 The material was flimsy and looked like it was made by an amateur knitting class. So I ordered Almost 800.00 worth of clothes on the 5th of Feb. 2021 and I’ve called them 87 times to be exact nothing has changed they items still in fulfillment. They tell me oh you package is ready to send it will go out next day and nothing. I never use to have a problem with them. I’m so angry about this. They won’t cancel my order, they won’t refund nothing very angry.

I'm very displeased with the service from Avenue. I placed an order with them before Christmas and never received them!! I have called Avenue 3 times already and they have yet to resolve this or replace the items!! I was willing to even take an online credit and all they do is lie to you, and give you the run around. So I'm out of $90 and they have done absolutely nothing about it!! They will NEVER get another red cent from me!!!! All the Full Beauty Brands stores have horrible reviews of people not getting their orders!! Do your homework and search the reviews!! Roamans, Jessica London, Avenue, they all have terrible service!!!

I wish I would read all these reviews I been on the phone for hour requesting refund for items that was not supposed to be authorized. They can't provide me shipping label or tracking number. Refuses to refund me or cancel my order. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY

I shopped the online store like I used to shop the physical stores. I purchased 20 items with the intention of returning what didn’t fit. Little did I know that they would not accept returns. Now I am stuck with items I can’t use. The irony is that all tops were purchased in the same size—but some are too large and many are too small. So don’t rely on their size chart. Never again will I shop here. Wish I had read their reviews in advance. They need to just shut down.
