AutoZoneReviews of autozone.com

I love Auto Zone on telegraph in Southfield Michigan, where i live. They are like family. I visited the location today, with my mom. We were having problems with our vehicle, and we knew where to go. The atmosphere is always friendly, courteous, and professional staff, and exceptional help, and all of the customers were helped in a timely fashion. Mancer H, took time while helping other customers, outside and help us with our vehicle today. Solved our problem, and we were so appreciated. I would recommend Auto Zone to everyone.

Roberto at the Main Street Glastonbury, CT was extremely helpful in helping me. I needed black touch up paint for my 2001 Aurora. The car is in mint condition. The paint he recommended was better than if I had to go to a repair facility. The store and it's representatives are extremely knowledgeable 5 stars: Excellent – no reservations for sure

Autozone at 91st ave.and Northern, Peoria,AZ Been going there since it opened,Autozone rewards customer and have just about rebuilt two vehicles using thier parts. But not any longer! I understand that the company moves people around, but seems like they keep putting the problem children in charge at this location! Put up with three obnoxious managers in a row for four years now, even figured out when they didn't work and went only on thier days off. But not playing that game any longer! Do have to, since the Napa Auto parts store moved closer to my house! Later Autozone! !!!

at autozone.com there is an ads saying save 20% on order and free next day shipping so I put the code in but it wound not take. there was no listing under the terms and conditions of the part being excluded. when I called them they said they had a hidden list that the public could not that listed of over a thousand parts not eligible for the discount. what a shady business practice. I am not going to recommend autozone to anyone anymore

I ordered an alternator online. When I found out it was my battery and not the alternator, I returned the part to the Amelia Ohio AutoZone. I was told I would get a refund within 3-5 business days. Here we are 13 physical days and 9 business days, no refund, over drafted $33, and still no money back. I called customer service multiple times. I was told this would be escalated to a manager and receive a call back within 24 hours. 72 hours later and I only have gotten a response from email asking for my return number. I gave them the return number and they say it's my bank holding my money. I called the bank for a 3rd time, my bank never holds credits and issues them immediately. So customer service is trying to cover their tracks for the mistakes they've made. Since customer service sucks, I decided to call the store and the manager. He says it looks like it was put in as a part swap. I never traded out a part I brought it back for a refund. When he gave me a receipt it said $162.02 and he said this is being refunded. Horrible experience all around. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB to step in and help me get my money back.

The crew member was very nice to meet. Friendly attitude with a great positive spirit. Excellent customer satisfaction.

Good morning, I would like to share my experience and my opinion with AutoZone store number 4828 I had it a great experience after going to four other stores other than AutoZone, and I came across Brian Santos I must admit, that was great customer service very knowledgeable extremely knowledgeable very courteous and and patient, this person was extremely the best person I've come across, I want to thank AutoZone for having such a great employee that has dedicated himself to the service of others. Also his manager Jennifer Sanchez was as well very helpful, but Brian Santos really went out his way and people like this should be recognized. Thank you AutoZone for this young man that is dedicating is great skills to help others. God bless AutoZone.
