The great thing about Aiuto Zone is that they will do small repairs: replace a battery or headlight for you. We really appreciate that about them.

We had initially purchased windshield wiper blades from Advanced Auto, which he was sold the wrong product after asking a sales associate who left me waiting for 10 minutes at the counter without even a greet. We were expecting to return them on our way home from running errands & ended up at AutoZone. Business address is 1510 New York Ave., Martinsburg, WV. A very kind, attentive man named Troy came out of the office asking what product we were looking for. He immediately went back inside looking for the correct windshield wiper blades, and even went as far to put both of them on our vehicle, matching the connection to what we had. Mind you, we own a VW Jetta and it's difficult to take the old blades off. Also, the weather was sweltering hot that day. Thanks Troy for all of your help! 'Autozone' over 'Advanced Auto' for service!

The folks at Auto Zone in Hugo Oklahoma are the BEST. I had to have AAA tow my car. The AAA driver said we should take it to Auto Zone. I said that's not a garage. He said, "Let's just get you there." Not only did they have the part necessary for a 1997 Mercury (alternator) but they actually INSTALLED it for me! When I offered to pay for the installation, they just said, "No, not necessary. Our company takes good care of us." Not only did I write to AutoZone about this but also to AAA. I'm 79 and can't begin to tell you how appreciative I am to these wonderful people.

Had such a great experience with my visit in upstate NYC. I recommend to anyone that this place does it right and are sooooo helpful. Trust me and give it a try.

I did a Google search for a part for my truck. I stated the year & model of truck in the search. Autozone came up as the first result as having the part. But when I clicked on Autozone's ad the site then told me the part did not fit my vehicle. Say What? I then tried the chat on their web site to find out if they actually had the part that would fit my vehicle & twice the customer service reps ended the chat before I could complete typing my initial question. This company does not appear to what your business.

I have found this company offers excellent service, value, and selection for items purchased for my vehicles. I have never had a bad experience at any of their stores and have made numerous purchases. Their staff is knowledgeable and available with prompt and courteous service.

Their site was easy and had a plenty of how too information on repairs. It made my repair very easy.
