1/23/20 Store #6448, Manager Tony was courteous and helpful in removing a pointed screw which had punctured my tire. He plugged my front tire and also applied applicable discounts towards my bill. It's always a pleasure to meet friendly and knowledgeable people. Thanks again Tony much appreciated.

Went to the autozone on oxford ave Philadelphia Pa, today to get a headlight for my Dodge Dart limited. The manager there was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed me the correct headlight and helped install it for me. I always get great service whenever I go that store.

I've always appreciated the fast and friendly customer service and they really good prices. They take old batteries (and pay for the lead core in some cases) and old motor oil for recycling. The staff will help remove or install many basic items like bulbs or batteries. All in all I really like shopping with AutoZone.

Posting here since Autozone deleted my review from their website... AutoZone Auto Parts 1001 6th Ave SE, Decatur, AL 35601 Auto parts store Rhonda Verbosh 42 points 2 days ago Went in to the Decatur store on 6th avenue on Saturday the 28th of December and told Matt that my battery had to be jumped off for the past 3 days in order to drive the car. He jumped my car off then used his diagnostic tool and told me my alternator was no good. I bought a new alternator from him and my brother in law installed it that day. Sunday morning, got off work in H'ville and had the same problem. Took the battery out and my brother in law and I took the battery and the old alternator to the AutoZone on Governors. James ran a test on both and told us that the old alternator was good and that the battery was bad and that Matt knew better than to check the battery/alternator with the car running because " it'll show a bad alternator EVERY time". I said, "why did he do it then?" and James's response, without even a second of hesitation, was " to sell you a part". He went on to say that once an alternator is installed, they can't take them back...but the Decatur store " might be willing to work with you". Even if the store said they would take the alternator back, do they expect my brother in law to take off work to switch the parts back out again...Im a female that knows nothing about cars ( the reason I was snookered to begin with)....and having to do that all because someone knew I wouldn't know any better and they could sell me a $300 part instead of a $190 battery....now I've had to buy both for a total of almost 500.00. What if my brother in law wasn't available that day to install the new part and I'd have had to pay for installation too? What if I couldn't have found someone to install the alternator ( that wasn't needed) on a Saturday, and had to miss work causing a loss of income....all in all, I had the real potential of being out of pocket a total of about 1200.00 because Matt didn't want to just sell a battery that he knew he would be putting in the car for me? Thanks AutoZone! Lesson learned!

The Autozone in Trenton NJ on South Broad Street. The system has been down for the past three days only taking cash and writing handwritten receipts. The Store could not help me look up the parts I need for my car. It's not the employees, doing but the Autozone.

I ordered the part I needed on December 3rd. It was suppose to be here on the 6th. Even customer service said the 6th when I contacted them. The guy that was going to do the work came Friday the 6th. No part showed up. So now I owe for his coming out. Then i was told the 7th. Well it is 12:19 am the 8th. Still no part. Now I'm being told it will be Tuesday the 10th. Very unprofessional. I was lied to from the beginning since it was in Memphis till Saturday morning. Now it's in route to Ohio, then to West Virginia. I will never do business with them again.

Awesome customer services. For the past few years been DIY lots of work on my cars, These guys and gal at my local store (#4377) been great help and they go out of their way to help me locate and order my parts and even follow through with phone calls when my orders arrives at the store for me to pick up. would give the store and staff TEN stars if possible.

I am writing to share my experience of the excellent help offered at the AutoZone store in my neighborhood located on Anaheim Street in Long Beach, CA. Jonathan went above and beyond in finding the part I needed for my old cargo van and helped me to install it quick and easy. Very happy and appreciative to have Autozone and Jonathan in my neighborhood ready to help and keep me on the road when I need some help! A priceless service the internet cannot offer. Thank you!
