I`ve ordered "Power Stop Performance Brake Pads Rotors Kit K7231". They just cancelled my order, increased price and disabled possibility to use discount code.

Excellent service and staff. Autozone found my dream car for me and arranged transfer of plate and paperwork etc so I didn't need to do anything. Will definintely be returning and have also recommended to friends and family who have also bought their cars there too.

Ordered online to deliver at home to get 20% discount. Parts next day by noon. Starting to work on car at 4. Order came open boxes and had tie rods. I ordered trans filter and 13 quarts fluid. Call customer service said will issue pickup label then send out parts. I need them today. Sorry can't do. Asked about store they do not have same system. I can order parts and pickup at the store. Said 20% off. Store can't do that and best he can do is 10% with managers permission. So Autozone messed up order, gave me a smaller discount, and I have paid for 2 orders. Waiting for a email with a label. Hope it comes, not waiting weeks. If you are planning on getting the correct parts shipped to you go elsewhere. If you expect good customer service go elsewhere.

One of the parts I ordered online was wrong. Called twice, emailed once, opened a dispute with payment provider. After weeks of going back and forth they wanted me to pay for return shipping. The part was a muffler so shipping is not cheap. What ever you do avoid autozone.com. I have had to return parts to other online parts stores and never had an issue.

Went to the Autozone in Battle Creek, Michigan on Capital ave. Was just looking for ramps for my truck for my sons ATV, stopped in was a young girl black hair working, I asked her if they had them, she looked at me didnt talk and just shurgged her shoulders, I asked her again and she just stood there shrugged her shoulders and said he didnt know what I was talking about. Thats fine if she wasn't sure, but to stand there and act like i was bothering her and having her just shrug her shoulders really rubbed me the wrong way, will no longer go there.

Ordered a set of brake pads and rotors for my car. I ordered over the weekend and had two day shipping so the site said it would be here on that Tuesday. Tuesday came around and the order hadn't even shipped yet so I called customer service who told me that the item was coming directly from a vendor and it was delayed so it may be delivered next week but that is just an estimate. Since this is an important part of the car, I told them I wanted to cancel the order and be refunded so I could go somewhere else to purchase the items. (website specifically says that I won't be charged until the item shipped and I was charged same day so I assumed that it was processed immediately) I twas told that I couldn't cancel it because it was coming from the vendor directly. And informed that when it comes directly from the vendor, the customer is charged immediately. They told me that all of this information was on the order page. If it was, it was in tiny print that was not readable. He then brushed me off and asked if there was anything else he could help me with, so I said I wanted to talk to his supervisor. He put me on hold and did not bring the supervisor but had conveyed that they told him they would try and get ahold of the vendor to cancel the order but that wasn't guaranteed and it may take 24-48 hours. Overall, nothing was solved, I do not have my products and I do not have my money. I will be contacting my bank for further assistance since autozone is incapable of helping the people who keep their business open. I don't understand why they don't make it more visible that there are different rules when things are coming from a vendor. And make it more visible when an order is not coming from autozone directly. Also, if I wanted to order from a vendor, I would have ordered through them. I ordered on autozone.com, and it should be safe to assume that orders come from their wearhouse. If that is not the case, or they do not have the item in stock, it should be listed as being on backorder rather than arriving in two days. When you are dealing with a well-known and reputable company, I would think that there would be better measures to assure that orders are met in a timely manner and communication is made if there is a delay or an exception. Even when a delivery date is "estimated" that still generally means that the delivery will be made within a day or two of that date. Definitely will be finding other autostores, as they are a dime a dozen, and will be making sure that people know not to come here. Not sure how this company is staying in business when they are putting false information on their website and their customer service is trash and less than helpful.

My name is Robert Beal I buy a lot of parts for AutoZone which I will no longer be doing I wouldn't give them one star if I didn't have to to even be able to write this review I've been buying since the time but I was 18 and I'm now 48 I can't get my rewards because I can't get stuff straight I have to go back every time to buy stuff I have to take it back they give me the wrong parts or it's out don't work I'm a two-hour drive away from them and they will not compensate for my fuel or my time which was supposed to be done with my rewards when I talk to them and now they're telling me they can't do nothing when I call them do not use AutoZone they are a big joke thank you
