Auto xone does not stand behind its warranty I bought a remanufactured trans for 2400.00 had nothing but trouble and has cost me another 2400.00 their warranty is worthless the management just says they did not make it but they were quick to take my money had problems 60 miles after installing trans

Ordered a part that was listed as being delivered the next day and 3 days past and I called to find out why delay. I was told the part had to be special ordered and that the person forgot to contact me to let me know. I asked to cancel the order and was told that it could not be cancelled because the part was being shipped within a week. I relied on getting the part next day as I was told and I took the car apart in preparation for getting the part. Now I have my car taken apart and sitting for a week in the driveway. Very poor service and communication and I am not happy. Now I have no car, and have to wait and order a part locally from a different supplier for more money. VERY UNRELIABLE STORE AND VERY POOR COMMUNICATION ON A DELAY THAT IF KNOWN, I COULD HAVE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE, AND MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED FOR A PART I DONT HAVE AND A REFUND IS REFUSED.

Baz the salesman was fabulous. He got everything sorted even though he was really busy.

We purchased a car and the battery needed replaced,the warranty on the battery was good for another 8 months but AutoZone will not honor their warranty unless you purchased the battery. Napa auto parts on the other hand actually warranties their batteries no matter who purchased it.

Went in to Autozone today on North Lamar Blvd in Austin and was met by Marcos the store manager. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about my VW big needing a new battery! He was patient and even suggested I call my dealership de any resets were needed. Well, I called and he spoke to them and we found out I did need to have the dealership reset everything. I ended up really wanting to buy from Marcos but it was best for my car to go to VW! I highly recommend this amazing AUTOZONE, Marcus and the team were super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & efficient! I will definitely go back there and gladly give them my money! Went to auto zone on Rt 413 in Bristol, PA on two occasions! Both times I was charged a higher price than the price tag on the shelf stated! Both times I was told someone put those items in the wrong location! They have a serious Integrity issue! I will not shop them anymore! There is a Advanced Auto store just as close to me!

I kind of feel like the poor reviews are people who are upset they needed to spend money on there car, and know nothing about it. You go in, buy the part leave, just check the box to see if it's the right part it takes 2 seconds.

Store 1223 St Augustine FL Had starting issue with the Harley and figured it was the battery (been there). Pulled the battery and being in a hurry to ride took it to the closest parts store, AutoZone. The guy put his tester to it and said it was good to go, no issue even under load. So, hoping not to take it to dealer for solenoid or starter, I put it back in and cleaned all the solenoid/starter connectors and terminals, etc. Still died trying to start, so I put the Multimeter to it while hitting the starter (admit, my bad for not checking, assuming needed new battery). When cranking, the voltage dropped to ‘5’ volts NEED NEW BATTERY! That salesman caused repeated pulling/replacing bad battery and missed out on the $150 new battery I bought from Advance Auto Parts (again, my bad ‘cause that’s my normal go to store). Riding several hours later.
