Love this rental site

Still havent recieved my deposit back

A very good platform for car rental

When I got to the desk at the airport, I discovered that AutoRentals had automatically booked me to a different pickup location in the city. This did not help me at all, and in fact cost me a $50 fine for not picking up the car from the site where I was booked.

The reservation process was a snap and the price was terrific But I’m worried about the follow through. The reviews aren’t good. I hope my car is ready as promised and in good working order. I’ll let you know

It was so easy it have taken me about two minutes to to reserve a car!

Kimberly is not friendly at all. Did not want to make simple Changes to our reservation. Extremely contentious! The guy next to her was better and seems to not mind to be at work. Kimberly did not want our business she treated us like “Why The Heck Are YOU here? We were a major inconvenience to her day! Absolutely disgusting 🤮 as we re customers paying for a service. No free handouts just trying to get a rental car. Wish we went to Fox next door.
