Each supplier on our site has their own local rules and policies for each of their locations. Autorentals.com does not set the policies or have influence over them. You do always have the option to reach out to our customer service team for assistance with a car rental. We can help you search for rentals with specific needs. For example, mileage requirements, accessories and low deposits. We are here for you every step of your rental journey. We appreciate your business!

Hello Larry, I'm so sorry to hear of your experience! If I understand correctly, you got to the pick up location and there were no cars available? We really want to understand what happened, so a member of our customer service team is going to reach out to you for more information. Please know that our customer service team is available to support our customers from the time they are booking their rental car till the end of the rental period. Customers can reach out to us at anytime during this process and we will try to help. We don't want any of our customers to be stranded and we do expect our partners to assist in finding a new rental when they have no rentals available at time of pick up.
