Easy process and reliable!

I bought a transmission. They state everything would work. False transmission arrived with metal shavings in pan and inopperable. Take your business elsewhere to save the headache.

I ordered a rim for a certain vehicle and they sold me one that was supposedly universal. Well it wasn't because when I got it it did not fit my vehicle. I was very disappointed. The only good thing about this company is that they did pay for it to be returned and I am getting a full refund. They should not say it is universal when it is not.

I ordered a car visor & when I called customer service I asked them "Please make sure that the 1 I've paid for has a mirror in it just like I had paid for". He reassured me that it did. I asked "when I would receive it"? & was told "I would get it in 2-4 business days". I received it 11 days later. When I opened the package the entire visor had grease all over it the front and back of it and it was the wrong one, I received the mirror-less visor. I called back on a Friday & was told "another 1 with the mirror on it, will be @ my house by Monday". I never received it Monday so Tuesday I called & I was promised "it was in route & that it would be here today by 7pm". I did receive it on Tuesday & when I opened it the visor it again had grease all over it as well as the 1st one did and once again... it was mirror less. I called back on Wednesday & asked to speak with management and I was told by C.S. that "there is no manager available". The C.S. rep assured me that "this time the correct one will be sent out". I refused the order & asked for a refund. However, I did tell the C.S. that I wanted a manager to please call me back so I can @ least get an apology & let them know how bad their service was and find out why this continues to occur. The C.S. told me "that I could leave a voice mail on the managers recording if I wanted to do that"? I replied yes. I left a message and asked the manager to "Please call me back with a unsatisfactory situation that occurred twice". It's now been 3 weeks and I've never received a phone call from anyone and it took 10 days to receive my refund in my account. I gave them 3 chances to rectify this situation & because no one ever did, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The bushings that I ordered even though thru the VIN # of my car, once I got them were not the ones for my car

There was a mix-up on the order, as the model of the car was not correct - could have been my error, not sure. But that didn't matter when I went to correct the problem. The customer service agent found the correct part, didn't charge me for the second item, and I received it in a couple of days. Great service.

I would have given 5 stars but when I called customer care with the problem I was having with my order, I was told that someone would call me back. Three days later no one had called so I called back. Thankfully the customer service rep I talked to this time took care of the problem which should have been done by the first rep.

I purchased an engine and it took forever for the sale to be finalized, when we got the engine it was completely filthy, hoses were cracked and wires were cut which in my opinion was completely unsatisfactory.
