I was happy to come across this company. I was able to get what I needed for my car at half the cost and the parts work great, plus there is a one year warranty on their items so in my mind - there's little risk of loss. :)

I ordered and ABSModule for my Camry and it arrived just as described and in a few days. The price was great as well. The only suggested improvement would be the ability to sort the findings by price or distance or the like. Overall great experience.

Delivery box was crushed. Part was not in best condition and our mechanic was not even sure the part was going to work.

I bought an airbag for a '96 Mazda, described as in good condition. The process was slow: 6 days from order to shipping, then another week when they determined it had to use HAZMAT procedures; 18 days total from order to delivery. When it arrived, it was well packed but was dirty and had light rust on the metal, like it had been installed in a car with no windows and exposed to weather. At best, I'd say "fair condition." An interior, electro-mechanical part, for $160 in "good" condition shouldn't cause me to doubt the quality. They reduced the price due to shipping delays. Yes, it's a hard to find part for an old truck, but maybe a little more accuracy in part descriptions would be helpful.

I've purchased parts on line before. I was a bit leery because of the nature of the part I was purchasing. I had purchased similar parts from local LKQ parts dealers, without much luck. I was shocked to find the same part on Auto Parts Fair for about half the price WITH a one year warranty. HAving exhausted my local resources and no longer being able to purchase what I needed from the manufacturer, I placed the order, and was pleasantly surprised. I received exactly the part I purchase. It arrived promptly and in much better condition than I expected. I installed it and it performed exactly as expected.

I recently purchased a door and the door came to me missing all the parts necessary in order for me to install the door when I tried contacting the company you set me up with the get the door there was no response so I went through Pay Pal Pay Pal tried to contact them there was no response so this particular company that you're doing business with you really should drop

We were able to find a replacement for our tail light for our Ford Contour 2000. The picture online did not match what we got, but we got what we needed. Thank you Auto Parts Fair!
