I tried calling them July 9, 2014 to ask about a dash panel but nobody answered the phone. Placed the order anyway on July 10th. Website said free shipping but had to ship to a commercial address, no problem, I provided them with one. Got a few confirmation emails and one asked me to call because they needed more details, I did and again no answer nor any reply to my emails. July 11th got another email from them saying the item could not be shipped, location pickup only. Really???? I called again and this time someone did answer. I asked if they could send it to the location near me for pick up. They said they might be able to but was not sure. I told them there was a dash panel at the local location but was the wrong color. The guy then says they do not guarantee color and they would not accept a return in this case. Again, really? Why would I want a gray dash panel or a tan interior??? I then said this whole experience was way to stressful and I wanted to cancel. They did refund my money the same day...I think because I was smart enough to use pay-pal. Cheap price to suck you in. Hint, check local auto junk yards in your area. I found what I needed cheaper with a lot less hassle.

I was a bit apprehensive at first because of a few negative comments,but as the exact part I needed was 400 dollars below the new price I thought I had nothing to lose. Within minutes of placing my online order I received a confirmation and the name of my representative - and a phone number. I was given a tracking number and over the next few days I received updates on the status of my order. It arrived at my door within the 6 days I was promised for delivery. The part was incredibly well packaged and was exactly as advertised. I will definitely be referring friends and family. Mark

This web company is a fraud !!! do not fall for this scam ! i order a part n never got my part ! they will not answer phone calls and emails ! u will jst have a very very bad time if you order from dem!

Do not shop here unless you like to gamble!! NOT RECOMMENDED Do not shop at Auto Parts Fair! The company has no customer service and apparently is a conglomerate of unreliable independent parts dealers. I ordered an OEM auto wheel and after they had my credit card information I received an email indicating the part was out of stock. As I needed the part immediately I tried to cancel the order only to find out of service phone numbers and emails that bounced back undelivered. In the end I had to cancel my credit card to stop a possible future charge to my account. Order # : WB27HI5W

I got directed to this site by Google serching for Toyota Ingition Parts. I noticed they also provided parts for Lamborghini. I thought this was pretty odd. Who goes on-line to buy a clutch or even a headlight for a Lamborghini? They will take your money, but it will only buy you a headache.

Ordered parts, money debited from my account. Never received parts. Parts were never in stock from beginning. Requested full refund. After 3 months, no refund. Won't return e-mails. Took my money and ripped me off. Found numerous reviews of this company on net. All negative. Don't ever do business with this company-you will lose your money. Now I've filled a complaint w/AZ ATTORNEY GENERAL. Will see if that gets their attention.
