Terribly dirty and used. One I still have looks new. Just needed one that the mirror works and doesn;t hang down.

Ordered a mirror and was shipped the wrong part. Not ideal, but it happens. Called customer support and I had a new mirror in under a week-shipper to Alaska. No questions, no hassle.

Very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. My drivers side leather electric seat frame broke. I was very concerned what the condition of this in "good" shape seat would be like. Well I was so very happy when I received it. It did not even look used! If I ever need anything else for my cars I this is the first and only place I will shop.

Glad they had the part, it took a while to receive the part and even then I did not receive much update about it. Tried to contact my sales rep and it just rang and rang. The part was not the right color which I know is not a guarantee but it should not be in the product description when purchasing which is a little deceiving. All in all the part worked for me, had to paint but it worked.

When my product was damaged in shipping, another was sent in same day express. Product worked perfectly.
