I ordered a interior door panel and without enough information, I ordered one that was the wrong material on the insert. They say you can not return something for wrong color but what about different material?

I ordered a flex plate for my 2005 f150 crewcab in 4x2. It wasn't until I got my vehicle torn apart that I discovered they sent me the wrong part. I was sent a flex plate for a 2007 supercab 4x4. When I called to resolve the issue no one awnsered the phone. I've called for customer service 3 times now spending about an hour on hold each time and still nothing. Stay away from these guys, terrible service and massive incompetence.
