Great part, fast delivery!

The door arrived and it was in perfect shape. Good Job, thank you very much.

Bought a rear door for a Chevy van. It arrived with a few dents that were not mentioned.

The ordering process, shipping times, and prices were all good. The real problem was customer service. I had to cancel my order, and did so more than an hour before it actually shipped. Somehow communication broke down within their shipping department, because it still shipped. When I reached out for an explanation and seeking to refuse/return the shipment, I was informed I would only receive a partial refund. It took a full day, between a dozen emails and calls with documentation to prove that the error was on their side. They finally "found" my original cancellation email (why didn't they just look the first time I asked???), which proved beyond doubt that I had cancelled prior to shipment. They did send me a prepaid return shipping label, and I was able to do the return. They have promised me a full refund - let's hope it comes through.

Receive my steering wheel and it was in perfect condition, price was the best on the market and the shipping was very rapid! Job well done, thank you very much.
