Got scanner right away, haven’t use it yet, the complaint I have is that the ups deliver service just left it in the front yard without anybody signing for it, it’s an expensive scanner for it to be left like that.

AE gave me a "guaranteed" delivery price. Within a few hours of receiving my order they upped the delivery price more than a third. I received the lift exactly when it was anticipated. I raised my earlier review based on looking the product over. Looks like good quality. Because of the manner in which it must be unloaded, I would recommend automotive equipment warn the buyer to have a minimum of 4000 pound loader or skid steer to unload the lift. With pallet forks. The length gives the 2400 lbs a fulcrum type advantage against the load. Our unit easily lifts 3000 lbs but getting it out of the trailer was interesting..

Hello Keith, We have it stated in the description "ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY FOR SHIPPING BASED ON ORDER DETAILS- CALL FOR BEST SHIPPING QUOTE". When you placed the order on the website, we check your address, and shipping cost. We explained that you are in a rural area, and the shipping for us is almost double. We charged you only a portion of that. Keith all we made was $70 on your order. We called you minutes after you placed the order, not hours before the delivery. As far as I am concerned, I have a mechanical workshop and I buy the scanner but I have not been able to use them well for lack of alludes or tutorial in Spanish since everything works in English which complicates me to be able to know its use and use it 100% and I think that there are many who have that detail and the chants are great of clients who only understand Spanish as their first.Having an expensive and sophisticated tool without understanding its correct use is like having nothing. To make a small change in that, I think it would attract more customers from both languages

Hello Kelvin, We 100% agree with you. Having a scanner not able to be in the language of your choice is almost pointless. The good news its that Autel scanners offer other languages, Spanish included.
