STILL WAITNG ON A PART THAT WAS BAD OUT OF THE BOX

still do not have my tire balancer
Don W.
I ordered a transmission jack over a week ago and was told I'd have shipping information within 5 days. I'm yet to receive that information and desperately need the jack as I have multiple vehicles I need to pull the transmission out of.

I purchased a mobile lift from these guys and they forgot to add extenders to my lift and I also had a bunch of missing hardware. I financed the equipment through a bank and the deal was finalized now because they failed to add my equipment to my order I had to come out of pocket for my equipment that was missing on top of that these guys are selling these lifts with air locks they gave me the air lines with no coupling so guess what what when I put the lift in the air I couldn't release it to come down with a loaded car. I had to special order this part through amazon clearly this guys think Im iron man and can just push the thing down they need to get in contact with there assembly line and engineers to fix this problem they are setting up the customer up for failure. They also claim its 110 volts to power the unit with 20amps of that is incorrect it needs a higher load of power. These guys clearly need to get there ducks in a row.

Hi David, We are very confused as to why you would leave us a negative review. The sales rep that helped you with the order gave you the option to add the extender set and you did not mention you wanted to add otherwise it would have been added to your order. Our website site clearly advertises the extenders for that lift are separate. When you let us know about the missing hardware we took care of you right away and so did the manufacture. Also, you were asked if you could offload the equipment or to pick up at a terminal and you wanted to offload. Lastly, the power is 115V - 20 Amp - 1PH, not sure where you got 110v from.

Maybe this company has never worked with school districts before, but payment is a long process as it goes through many channels and this company's representatives hound for payment. They also hound the wrong departments as only the administration office can expedite.

MCVSD, We appreciate your feedback, although we are a little disappointed by it. Regarding the equipment, you received both pieces (even one being a wheel balancer) on time and from there, we had someone’s number who we thought was the correct point of contact for payment. Our terms for schools, which we work with several at a time, are usually for 0-30 days. However, 0-10 days were agreed for your district. A month after not receiving a clear answer on when or how we would be paid, we began reaching out more often until we finally received the correct person of contact. We are still waiting on payment for both items, but are also hopeful for future transactions.

2 out of 3 lifts arrived with lots of damage, said they would take care of it, really has done nothing, any damage make sure you REFUSE shipment!

Bruce, I’m a little confused by what more we could have done. Since the beginning when you received your lifts (half a year back), we did everything in our power to get your replacement paint and parts out to you. You received your equipment in February and reached out to us in June saying you were missing parts. We even covered all of the freight for the parts and made sure we took care of you. And when you ordered the wrong part for your equipment a few weeks ago, we called you to let you know instead of sending out something that would have been useless to you. This review comes as random and shocking to us as we pride ourselves on customer service and your order was completed months ago.

Communication is awful with this customer. Owner of the company is pretty rude when you ask for tracking. IF a company takes your money, you expect them to either ship what you ordered, or at least have better communication.

The Singletons, We are a bit confused as to why you feel this way. From the day you placed your online order, we have been taking care of you and your order. When you placed your order online, we gave you a call the same day to ensure you could offload once your order was delivered. When you informed us you couldn’t, we did let you know that we would either need to A) ship the order to a terminal nearby so that it could be offloaded into a truck/trailer for you, or B) for an additional charge add a lift gate to the delivery truck. When you expressed that you were not happy with the potential additional lift gate charge, we did explain that unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cover that for you. We were fully transparent in explaining that we do not make much on your order as we give our customers a great deal on that particular piece of equipment. Once we received your okay to add the lift gate charge, we put through your order to begin processing the same day. We sent the paid invoice to the email you provided – again that same day - stating that we would reach out to you once we received tracking. Sometimes despite marking the email as important, it does occasionally go to customer’s junk mail. I apologize if this was the case, but we unfortunately don’t have any way of telling if it ends up in the customer’s main inbox. We would be more than happy to resend that email if you can’t find it. When you called 3 business days later checking in on your order, we did not yet have tracking information as of that morning. We did reach out to the manufacturer/warehouse for shipping information and were waiting to hear back an answer. Before we were able to return your call, you called again. We updated you that your order would be shipping that same day or early the next day. We would not have the actual tracking number until it shipped. You were quite upset, and we did listen and address all of your concerns. When you were upset that you had not heard anything for 5 days, we explained that weekends are not counted as business days as almost all – if not all – manufacturers and warehouses are only open Monday through Friday. The day you had called was only the third business day after placing your order. As stated on the header of our website, most orders do take about 1 – 3 business days to process/ship out. There was a possibility that your order could have shipped as early as Thursday or Friday, but we could not confirm that until tracking was received. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding, but we were not able to guarantee it would ship out by the end of the week. We also mentioned that due to the pandemic there have been occasional slight delays in regards to shipping that are out of our control. When you expressed that you were unhappy you had received an automated notification from our website that your order was “complete”, we did explain that “completed” is in reference to placing your order and that it is being processed on our end, not that it was marked as shipped and delivered. At the end of the conversation, we did assure you that as soon as we receive shipping information we would send it to you via email, and have the owner of the company give you a call. We did receive notification that your order shipped a little after your phone call, sent your shipping information that same day, and emailed it to you within 20 minutes of receiving it. When the owner of the company gave you a call, your concerns were again addressed and you were notified that tracking information had been already sent to the email you provided. We believe in customer service which is reflected in our 5 star reviews on Trustpilot. Our 1 star and 2 star reviews are far and few between. We communicated with you as we do with every customer. You did have your order shipped and tracking information all by the third business day. We did everything we could have and should have to take care of your order.

As far as I am concerned, I have a mechanical workshop and I buy the scanner but I have not been able to use them well for lack of alludes or tutorial in Spanish since everything works in English which complicates me to be able to know its use and use it 100% and I think that there are many who have that detail and the chants are great of clients who only understand Spanish as their first.Having an expensive and sophisticated tool without understanding its correct use is like having nothing. To make a small change in that, I think it would attract more customers from both languages
Response from Automotive Equipment SpecialistsApr 30, 2019
Hello Kelvin, We 100% agree with you. Having a scanner not able to be in the language of your choice is almost pointless. The good news its that Autel scanners offer other languages, Spanish included. Please give Autel a call at 855-288-3587 and they can walk you through on how to change the language from English, to Spanish. Thank you Kelvin.
