Nicholas Bagster, You placed your order online for a carlift on 11/23 and the order was processed the next day. We called you for offloading, equipment availability, shipping turn around, and to answer any questions you had. We did let you know shipping was estimated for 10-12 business days and your order was picked up by the carrier on the 9th business day. Your one star review does not reflect your experience with us and we would appreciate it if you reconsider your review.

Hi Steve Sorry to hear your lift showed up with some possible damage and missing parts and also that you had to go to ups to pick up your power unit it would have been nice if you would have called us so we can get this taking care of right away Instead of me reading about it on our site right after you got the lift. Steve here at AES we pride ourselves in customer service and try and take care of our customers with the best deals possible along the way and in your case AES did both we gave you a discount of 100 bucks giving us a profit of less the 200 for a $3,599 purchase that really has to do with nothing other than we want to give you a great deal ,and we did that! we were also in communication with you along the way by sending tracking information and was always available for questions regarding lift or delivery. We did get an email from the mfg stating that they ran out of power units in that warehouse after we sent the order in and they would need to ship it separate that is the first time in 20 years that has happened to us so I apologize for that also you stated you had to pick it up from UPS, That should have not happened that should have been delivered to your address I already emailed the mfg to find out why that happened and I am not too happy about that. I already emailed James who will be contacting you to go over any parts that are missing and damage to the lift and it will get taken care of right away unfortunately we have no control over trucking companies and delivery’s sometimes these things happen when you are dealing with 2,000lb pounds of steel going across the country but be assure that when this does happen we want to get it handled right away and that’s what we will do. I can def. understand you being upset when the lift got there but once again here at AES we had no control of the trucking company and delivery of the lift everything else I would say you were satisfied with AES because you never brought up any issues or anything. When things happen like this and companies do not take care of things right away and their customers then I would think that would warrant a negative review but under the circumstances when this does happen the customer really should base their experience on how it gets handled from the moment the problem occurred and I believe we did not get a fair shot at that. So once again I do apologize that his has happened and sorry about the inconvenience and it will get handled right away with the mfg and AES will be kept in the loop all the way and as you can so I am being proactive because I do care about all my customers. Thank you
