Hello Robert Initially when you called, we informed you that the scanner was on back order for a few days. We informed you instead of 2-3 day delivery, your scanner will be delivered within a week. You were fine with that, and proceeded with purchase. You ordered on 01/14, and got your equipment on 1/22. You called on 1/24 saying you did not receive your equipment, and had us call UPS. When we called UPS, they told us you already informed them your co-worker signed for it and did not tell you. We were honest from the very beginning. When an item is on back order, that means they are unavailable from all locations. We do not make an extra cent shipping from different locations. Thank you
