I did a lot of research before deciding to buy an Autel Maxisys 906BT. There were a lot of vendors on Amazon selling this tool at very good prices but all of them were selling non-Autel USA serial numbered tools. I checked with Autel USA and they recommended buying from someone who sells USA serial numbers. I found Automotive Equipment Specialists on the internet and they not only sold the USA version but their price was less than Amazon's. I placed the order on a Friday afternoon and first thing Monday morning, AES called me to verify the order and explained when it would be shipped etc. 30 minutes later, I received an email with confirmation and later that day, I received another email with the tracking number. I responded with a thank you and sure enough, I received a reply back. This sort of communication on a big purchase like this was very welcoming and reassuring that I had made a good decision where I bought the tool from. I received the scanner two days later on Wednesday afternoon. I registered it with Autel and the serial number was immediately recognized by Autel. I downloaded all the updates with no issues. So far, I am very pleased with Automotive Equipment Specialists and would recommend them to anyone.
