I received item used and already registered with manufacture. Tool was registered and activated back in September witch makes this tool start warranty since then and today is 12/24 so not only i have used tool i now have 4 less months on updates. Below is in description what expected but instead got used item. i dont see anywhere it says item will be used. The ac recovery machine I ordered ended up being an older model no longer offered but listed on their site. Once ordered, they called the next day and explained the issue and gave me the newest version at the same price.....$500 difference! I didn’t even asked for that but they stepped up and did that on their own. That’s a class act in my opinion. Machine arrived in less than 24 hours! Shipping company was great as well....took it off the truck and brought it inside without even asking. Very much enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend others using them as well.

After a slight misunderstanding about shipping (on my part) my order arrived in good shape. The folks @ AES were very helpful. Now hopefully the registration & update of my scanner will go as smoothly as my order has.

I spent two months doing research on where to purchase my scanner and was very worried that I might not purchase it from the right vendor. After checking reviews and countless hours on the internet I decided to go with Automotive Specialist because of the good words that people said about them and about especially Mario his name came up quite a few times. I don't know why anybody would give them a bad review because they are awesome. I placed my order at 6 on a Friday evening within 15 minutes a placing my order Mario replied an email to me that my order was confirmed and will be shipped out as soon as possible. I didn't expect to see it till the next Thursday or Friday in my mind. Wednesday at lunch it was on my doorstep mind you I ordered it Friday after business hours and he contacted me. These guys are there to guide you every step of the way I can tell you that with complete confidence. If you're on the fence about who to buy from these are the guys to do it. I've had absolutely no problems registering the scanner and it works really good. If I buy any tools or equipment online I will definitely be doing more business with Automotive specialists.
