I ask the item being ship would be place in back under carport. I was informed the item that was ship would be sign at deliever. It was left in the rain and on my front porch. I know it is not the companies fault bit wanted to inform that a $1400 plus scanner was not signed and left in the ipen. However i did recieve the unit and love it. Thanks

Hello John, Thank you for your business! We're glad you love the unit! We did note on the order for UPS to leave the item under the carport near your garage. Unfortunately, we are not in control of where the carrier leaves your shipment. If you would like to contact UPS (your carrier for this shipment) to inform them about your experience, you can call their customer service line at 1-800-742-5877 or you can email them via this link: https://www.ups.com/upsemail/input?loc=en_US
