people were really helpful and answered all our questions. quick, friendly service- wish all our suppliers were as motivated. i bought 13- 4 post lifts and within 6 months 5 of them leaked and it was a hassle to get the company here to fix them. its the people who make a company grow. rich@classic auto storage in minneapolis

I had reviewed a number of companies to purchase the equipment i was looking for. Many companies were outside the United States and there was only an email to contact them. Many of companies I looked at within the US only had an email contact. Many people may be ok with this, but I prefer to have a live contact to talk too. AES representative was very responsive to my call and promptly connected to a live person to answer my questions. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. The way I like to do business. Their prices were equal to or lower than their competitors. I would purchase through them again and would recommend others to check them out.

Honest. And a real person called me about a shipping question. Instead of like other companies that I've delt with, that wouldn't do anything and wait for me to call wondering why my order hasn't gone through yet.
