I talk to lady i didn't get her name but she was great she answered my question n 1 she couldn't she said her boss was out his name was Mario she told me soon as he step back in she would have him. Call me n t** ey were both great n polite I paid for scanner in full n I will buy again I will call Mario when I need something he knew his product he answered my questions without hesitation very good experance9
