Mark, The equipment that you ordered stated "while supplies last". When we received your order we checked stock with the manufacturer. When we realized there was no stock left we contacted you immediately. The equipment we spoke about cost a little more with the lift-gate service you required. I took the time to explain equipment alternates that would fit your needs, and followed up with you the next day. The following day you let us know you bought the equipment from a different company without a lift-gate (ultimately changing your order total). I let you know that you should have talked with me further to finalize a price without lift-gate. We could have worked it out, however you commented that you were not into beating someone down in price, but I told you that is exactly what you did with the other company. Since you ordered with another company, we told you no problem and voided your order. 95% of our reviews are great, but there are always going to be one or two that we cannot please. We wish you luck with your other purchase.

Hello Robert and Trevyn, As we talked about via email, we are glad you chose to leave a review, and I do agree with you on a few points you made. I definitely agree that BendPak should have worked with all of us on this issue as I have been selling their equipment for 20 years. I was willing to eat over $500.00 in credit card fees, to cover the shipping fee for the new equipment you wanted, and sell you the R980XR at cost under the condition that BendPak would waive the 20% re-stock fee and that you would take care of shipping the original equipment back to Bendpak. I believe that would have been the fair thing to do, and I am not happy with their response. My customer is their customer, and I feel they should have taken more action to resolve the issue. My sales team and I are trained to educate the customer that the machine you purchased does not include an air tank (which is also included in the attached video "TurboBlast Bead Seating System - Only on Rager NextGen Tire Changers"). The machine you purchased was not a NextGen machine. This situation has not occurred at our company before. While I agree with your assessment of the review, I do believe this should have gone to BendPak's website, and not as a 1 star on ours. I don't think we deserve a 1 star review because we received the order, shipped it asap, sent tracking as soon as it was made available, and followed up until the equipment was delivered. We definitely did our part, and hope that you use the link to BendPak's site we sent you to leave a review there as well. It is your right to leave the 1 star review on our site, but it can also be changed if you feel we did handle this situation the best we could for you. I am sorry that this occurred. I believe in providing customer service and pride myself on the amount of 5 star reviews we usually receive.
