Sumpreet, We do not think a one star review reflects the customer service and discount we provided for you. You bought a transmission jack a couple weeks ago which we processed, we sent you tracking and you received it in a timely manner. You came back to us for a balancer this time you did a lease deal; we went over the diff equipment and finalized the deal with the bank we got funded on Thursday and i let you know we would sent you the tracking info once we got it. You called Friday for tracking info and we explained to you that you would need to give it a few days to ship from manufacture and that it was in stock. Monday morning you called again for tracking and we still didn't have the tracking info from the manufacture but we were in contact with them. After talking to you I was under the impression that you were expecting the balancer the next day just because it was in-stock, but i had explained to you the shipping turn around from the very beginning. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else and we hope we can do business with you again in the near future.

2 out of 3 lifts arrived with lots of damage, said they would take care of it, really has done nothing, any damage make sure you REFUSE shipment!

Bruce, I’m a little confused by what more we could have done. Since the beginning when you received your lifts (half a year back), we did everything in our power to get your replacement paint and parts out to you. You received your equipment in February and reached out to us in June saying you were missing parts. We even covered all of the freight for the parts and made sure we took care of you. And when you ordered the wrong part for your equipment a few weeks ago, we called you to let you know instead of sending out something that would have been useless to you. This review comes as random and shocking to us as we pride ourselves on customer service and your order was completed months ago.
