Toen ik via facebook hun advertentie zag eerlijk was ik sceptisch ik zit in de bouw en op sommige dagen voel ik wel echt mijn rug dus ben ik uiteindelijk toch gegaan voor de autofull m6 en eerlijk ik voel nu al mijn rug minder die massage functie doet al wonderen voor mijn rug

Deze stoelen zijn niet goed voor je postuur pas op!

I am having a terrible experience with AutoFull support. I bought an AutoFull M6 Ultra Black chair (Order: AFEU189454) and the footrest slider component broke. I have been emailing customer service for 5 MONTHS. After all this time, their only reply is that the part is out of stock and I have to wait another 70 DAYS! This is completely unacceptable and a violation of consumer warranty laws. I requested a full replacement or a full refund, but they ignore it, offering a miserable 15% partial refund to force me to wait for months. Avoid this brand if you expect any post-purchase customer care!

Ich kann vor diesem Händler nur ausdrücklich warnen! Ich habe den AutoFull M6 Ultra Gaming-Stuhl für stolze 599,99 € gekauft (Bestell-Nr. AFEU188914). Nach einem Defekt wurde mir zwar ein Ersatzteil zugesagt, geliefert wurde jedoch absolut gar nichts. Der Kundenservice hat danach jegliche Kommunikation abgebrochen. Als ich rechtlich korrekt den Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag erklärt habe, wurde ich vom Support nur noch mit automatischen KI-Textbausteinen abgespeist. Es wird behauptet, man könne Geld nur per PayPal erstatten – obwohl ich nachweislich mit Karte gezahlt habe! Das ist eine absolute Hinhaltetaktik und rechtlich völlig haltlos. Ich fordere mein Geld nun Zug um Zug gegen Abholung der mangelhaften Ware ein. Der Fall liegt bereits bei der Verbraucherzentrale und geht nach Fristablauf ohne weitere Vorwarnung direkt an meinen Rechtsanwalt. Finger weg von dieser Firma! Hier wird man als Kunde mit teurer, defekter Ware komplett im Regen stehen gelassen!

I got the AutoFull M6 Ultra 2.0, and the chair seat is really good, the back message is a rumble, and it feels numbing, which is not the best. The lock is one of the worst parts about the chair because it is very weak and it becomes undone easily, andafter at least 2-3 months of usage the neck pillow is super hard to adjust.

Took a while to ship my chair. Five days after purchase I inquired and they hadn't shipped it yet. They dropped the price of the chair by $80 a week after purchase, but they wouldn't give me a partial refund. The RGB feature had no instructions and for a $600 chair, I expected there to be a power bank included so the lights would work.

The deep lumbar and seat massage is truly amazing, plus the added features of heating, and cooling make it truly remarkable at a very reasonable price. The materials used are of the highest quality and they are all put together with expert precision. Even the boxing, assembly instructions and shipping are carefully designed to eliminate the smallest problem, and the customer service is friendly and prompt to reply.
