Squeaks and makes a mess
Right at the beginning, the AutoFull C3 (but its predecessor) squeaked so much that I had to contact AutoFull about it. I got a new one free of charge - thank you - but it also squeaked really badly. Over 2 years the squeaking got a bit worse, and the artificial leather on the neck cushion and especially where the legs are, has crumbled extremely. That's another reason why I got a new chair - thanks again. As the old model was no longer available, I got a new one without a rocking function, although I wasn't told beforehand that this one didn't have a rocking function (probably because of the squeaking in the old model). Oh well. Before the whole thing starts all over again, I sold 2 out of 3 over time. I don't need chairs that disturb roommates and clutter up my room. 2 friends had the same old model, and they also squeaked. An alleged offer of €210 instead of €399.99 was nonsense, the price is the same after more than 2 years ... However, the courteous, friendly and fast support was good.
