My chair broke. I've been waiting for help and haven't heard anything

My chair is just under 2 years old, I did some research before buying and thought for £190 I was going to have a decent chair that would last for years, Plus it came with a 3 year warranty! However at a year old the gas lift failed and I had to replace it at my own cost. The chairs base for your bottom is all split and cracked and looks awful. Now the arm looks like someone took a bite out of it, the foam just started crumbling for no reason one day. I purchased from Autofull direct and I know I made an account. However for warranty purposes I need the order number but all my details have gone and the manufacturer whilst they do reply, they are of no use, they just tell me to find the order number. To be honest pretty much any other company would find it for you, but not Autofull. My wives cheap gaming chair (cost about £80 max) still looks new and is older than mine!!!!

Great chair, but the seat got scratched in less than a month of use. I reached out to support and they got back to me within a day. At first, I was dissatisfied with their reply. They told me to put a low-quality cover on a $500 chair. After insisting on getting service, they did send me a replacement seat. So I'm happy with the final service. They respond to support requests, unlike other companies I've dealt with. And they did make good on it in the end, but it took some cajoling to get there which is why I'm subtracting a star.

Seems like a scam. Website says 24 hour shipping. It’s now over a week since I’ve payed for a 700€ chair 🤡 No follow up, no response from support. Their TOS says that dispatch is conducted within 2-5 working days, which now is also overdue. Filled in complaint and refund request through paypal.

The chair is fine when new but after just over a year the arm rest cushion is crumbling, the left arm rest itself is bent and broken, The seat cushion is flat and the hydraulic height adjustment constantly drops to the lowest setting. The chair is just about unusable in under 2 years.

hetzelfde probleem hier , stoel besteld en betaald , geen stoel ontvangen , maar wel vals trackingnummer bij DHL en die weten van niets , trachten autofull te contacteren maar je krijgt geen enkele reactie meer , momenteel klacht neergelegd bij en met paypal en nu afwachten

I ordered a chair over a week ago. They promise a 24 hour shipping service. Well it’s been seven days, 3 emails and and 2 blocked phone calls I still haven’t heard a ton and haven’t gotten even a reply about what’s going on with my 300 euros I spent. The delivery company has the data but never received a package. FFs I could have went to the store and bought it.
