I haven't installed the parts yet, but they look and feel just like the OE parts, They arrived very fast, and were boxed very well.

I ordered the wrong parts and with the help from Jona I got an RMA to ship them back at no cost to me. Jona was able to get the right parts to me and they fit great. I will be doing more auto shopping with autobuffy in the future and will be recommending them to my friends.

I am very pleased with the quality and timely manner in which I received my part. I will be ordering all my future parts (available) from autobuffy. There’s no reason to spend twice as much to buy OEM items that are the exact same quality as autobuffy.

I ordered a taillight for my mini Cooper. Per the website I entered my car information to make sure the part was compatible. I ordered the one that the website showed as correct. The company advertised “guaranteed to fit”. I don’t know what their version of “guaranteed” is but it’s not the same as mine. They made me send pics, which I did. They then stated it was my fault the part was wrong. So to return I had to pay shipping…so much for the guarantee. I paid shipping. I waited for approx 2-3 weeks and I had not received a refund so I contacted them. They sent me a refund for approx half of what the part cost. I asked why and the stated the part was damaged. I literally took the part out, looked at it and knew it would not work. I placed it back in the box, taped it up and returned it. Edit 4/7/2022 I received a full refund for the part, but they refused to refund the shipping.

I have a 1990 Lincoln Mark Vll & recently my Air Suspension Pump Motor shutdown & so I began the tedious task of scouring the internet for a replacement part that wasn’t too expensive & then it happened!!! “What?” You may ask, well after literally 3 days of searching I stumbled upon a site named: “Auto Buffy!!!!” Ladies in Gentlemen, this online website is INCREDIBLE!!! Every site that I found that sold the part that I needed, was for very EXPENSIVE amounts, some were $188, $275, $380 & one with a RIDICULOUS amount of $725!!! BUT “ Auto Buffy” had the part for…..$101, with NO TAX NOR SHIPPING COSTS ADDED & I received my part TODAY, 2 days after I ordered it & it is a PERFECT FIT & my vehicle was up & running after 20mins of installation! Now I have a wonderful site with FAIR prices for hard to find parts, that I will be purchasing EVERY PART THAT I MAY NEED FOR MY WHIP!!!! Thank You Auto Buffy!!!
