Shipping took a longggg time. When I bought the product, it said it would ship overnight. Then the next day I got an update saying it would be there the following day. Then in a couple days' time, one saying it would be two more days. It ended up taking a week, to send from the Dallas area to the Austin area. It would've been quicker for me to drive the 4 hours there and back in a day instead of ordering through Autobuffy.

Update: I received my order and the set of 3 mounts for my car are in perfect condition. I replaced my transmission and motor mount and it fixed my problem. I will however, only leave a 3 star review due to the lack of communication if it weren't for me Calling customer service I probably would still have issues with my order. The issue was they needed to confirm my billing and shipping address. However, they never called to confirm. So my order was on hold for 6 days. I called asking what was going on and it turned out they needed confirmation. It's not my job to call it's your job to make sure my order is shipped especially if I paid for it. If a confirmation is needed from the customer then it is your job to call th customer. Other than communication issues I'm happy with my order. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed in Auto Buffy. I ordered Left and Right Front Struts w/ Spring, Shock Absorbers & Sway Bar. It came with only 1 strut. I only got 1 strut for the front instead of 2! Plus they told me the order would arrive on a Friday or Saturday and it didn't arrive until the next Tuesday! They sent it UPS even though the Picking Slip clearly stated it would go FEDEX. Finally, I sent them photos of what I got and the Picking Slip yesterday (because you're not allowed to just call them), and I still don't have a new shipment on the way. The whole thing was very disappointing! I sincerely doubt I will ever go back to Auto Buffy. UPDATE: After I submitted this review, I did get a notice that my other strut was on the way, and this time they sent it FEDEX. It arrived before 10:30 the next day. And after the mechanic put everything on, they said it fit perfectly. Yeah! I have changed my review to a 3 out of 5 because they finally corrected all the original mistakes.

When I placed the order, I thought there was 2 struts in the box. I tried to contact your company to make sure, no way to. So I decided to wait to see the shipment. That’s why I’m cancelling. Sorry.

Other then the postal service breaking the box apart all the parts look to be there n in good condition. I've bought prob atleast 10 different front end kits from this company n have always had no problems with fitment. Very decent parts for the money. Just wish this kit would've came with the sway bar links like all the other kits I've bought. Because of that I had to buy new ones at the parts store locally.

Not real happy with the struts stiff ride and noisy my old ones never made any noise I guess I should have spent a little more money a got a name brand strut would not buy them again

They showed up packaged lovely the issue is when I installed them they have really bad noise I think it’s from Spring binding I’m not completely sure I replace the entire suspension on that car and the shocks are the things that are making the noise the ride is good just very noisy

I’m satisfied with the product. I haven’t heard about the brand Unity, until now.
