I paid for a full set of shocks for my nissan d21 and they only sent me one!! Took me a week to resolve that. And when they finally sent me the other 3 they was a different color and the rear shock was for a completely different vehicle. Dealing with this now. About to dispute this with my bank and just get my money back absolutely terrible. If you take any advice STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

The company would not pay return postage on a part that was incorrect. The picture on the box was what I ordered but the part inside was different and would not fit my vehicle. I ended up paying the return postage. Bad business for $10 in return postage fees.

I am having troubles getting through the website, to complete a return. I was told that would return my call 5 days ago. The product I ordered looks to be good quality but is not the correct size that the site said my vehicle needed. 2014 MKZ hybrid brakes and rotors front and rear, drilled and slotted, which i wanted for the sporty look. They are smaller than what is on the car. I had the vehicle apart and did not have time to reorder the product. So I had to buy locally from parts store. I have been put on hold for 15 mins at a time and then it hangs up. I spoke to a person on time, she told me she would contact me within 24 to 48 hrs. She also told me that I would have to pay for the return shipping. I trusted that the site new the correct size of product needed so I ordered in confidence that I'd be happy with the service. Well here I am, stuck with a set of rotors and pads that I can not use. And am out the money. It would be great not to have to jump through hoops to get refunded. APRIL 5TH 2024, still no reply, still no call back. Im sitting on $300 of items that were said to fit my vehicle and it does not.

The products and pricing are fine. They advertise fast shipping like Amazon and that simply isn't true. I've ordered several items from them, and none of them were shipped by the date the website tells you as your ordering. 2-5 days longer, every time. Also the website is slow and cumbersome. Once you order a part, when you go back to shopping, you have to re enter your vehicle information. Same if you switch parts categories. Finally, the dashboard feature that is supposed to show you your orders and status doesn't work.

I ordered a strut kit that came with complete front struts and rear shocks the website when I put the vehicle information in it said guaranteed to fit I got the parts they were incorrect I sent several emails and the response was please give us the VIN number and when I did they verified they did not fit because it was a rear wheel drive car and not a all-wheel drive car which I did not see the option. I wanted to exchange them for the correct set however they said I would have to pay for shipping I do not believe that this was my fault I should not have to pay to send them back and get the set that I need due to it saying guaranteed fit on the site this is my first time using this company and most likely my last I hate leaving bad reviews I've been working on cars for a very long time and if there was a option to either select rear wheel drive or all-wheel drive in any of the drop-down menus or an option to put in the VIN number as stated in one of the response emails then obviously this never would have happened and all I wanted to do was exchange it for the correct set and I was told I'd have to pay for shipping so I went elsewhere and I'll keep the other ones

I RECEIVED MY PARTS BUT I DONT THINK THEY WORKING GOOD BECAUSE TWO GAVE OUT ALREADY LESS THEN A MONTH
