Sent me the wrong front suspension parts didnt have them in stock refund was BS front suspension sales about $220 and I got a refund for $125 still waiting to get the rest of my refund and its been a month and still nothing worst shopping experience I have ever had.

Item was as described.

Part came in quickly, in a week. The car hasent been driven in almost a week and is not sagging at all.

Poor service don’t order here no follow up email after purchase no order number terrible service. I can’t believe I feel like a fool buying from this place

Auto buffy,refused to accept my return on the fuel pump I purchased from them. I purchased a delifie they sent me a Spectra that was not even for my vehicle and refused to take it back when I kept contacting customer service all I got was sorry thank you for your patience never again piss poor company and fraudulent!

Ordered rear struts for 2022 Ford Escape. totally wrong fit, Completely non-responsive to email. Will not do business with them again, I gave them the correct make model and year they sent the wrong parts and now want me to pay shipping back to them, Waste of $125 and three days. I got buffed by buffy.

I ordered an AC repair kit which should’ve included and it was pictured in their advertisement for the AC compressor, the condenser, O-rings, and a filter dryer… I received the Kit , but missing the condenser, which is one of two of the main parts of the whole system. I contacted them and gone back-and-forth for two weeks now and they’re telling me that it was never part of the Kit even though it’s completely pictured in the main picture of the advertisement, and when you scroll through the photos of the Kit the condenser photo by itself as part of the Kit on page 3 of 4 , but they’re telling me it’s not included in a refusing to send it to me… Horrible customer service this place is a scam. Do not order from them. I live in Arizona and it’s 115° and I’ve been without my vehicle for three weeks because of this and because of them I don’t wanna have to spend another $400 for something I’ve already paid for and should be simple and done and just send me the condenser already… Unacceptable.
