It was ez to order I got my parts in a reasonable time and saved me 20 dollars compared to auto zone

The wrong parts were shipped to me at first, but after numerous email requests and the save UPS return receipts my refunds were finally submitted.

Overall good, Only communicating the state of the order can be better. I received updates only after I asked for it. That can be improved.

I received a package from them with 11 missing parts. The package looked as if it had been resealed and with a label printed on it from before my order was even placed. I purchased with enough time to arrive and drop off at the mechanic, however this mistake has severely delayed me and doesn’t have a resolution yet. I will update as this develops. Also, did no one notice this 37 lb box only actually weighs 10 lbs at any point in this entire shipment?? I called for a resolution and the woman on the phone couldn’t verify part numbers I had in front of me. The labeled parts only came with PSA numbers then on the box only descriptions instead of those numbers. I had to call a manufacturer and write down each part number to find what was missing. I couldn’t tell you what a ball joint looks like, but I can certainly count that a box which should’ve included 16 pieces only includes 5. EDIT: I was a bit harsh because I’m very stressed especially when asked to identify about 16 different numbers with zero knowledge of parts but thankfully they were very quick in addressing my issue and I was able to look up part numbers w the manufacturer seperately. They offered a full refund on the kit so I can purchase a kit from another seller as their reshipping while very fast, might come missing parts again. The refund should come up relatively soon and I can again update my review. Mistakes can happen and as long as they are addressed appropriately either a fair outcome, not much more can be asked for (besides the full kit lol, which they did offer to send, I just need the car to be dropped off before memorial day weekend and it may not arrive in time) 2ND EDIT: Jona (who I’ve been dealing with since the beginning) was great. I wish I could give 5 stars but unfortunately I didn’t receive the parts expected. Refund processing currently. Customer service 10+ stars. Rest assured if there’s a mistake, it may take some effort on your part but it will be resolved as best they can.

Jane and Rachel Ann are wonderful! I was fuming following an email that I received regarding a refund but they both handled the situation so well. They were respectful and kind. I don't know if I'll ever use Autobuffy again, but if I do it's because of those two ladies.

They were done right package nice came with everything I needed besides new boots for the pins other then that really satisfied with them

I order front and rear shocks for my vehicle alone with sway bar and I had no problem installing them my self. Parts got here about 2 days after they left the distribution center. I will definitely continue to purchase here.
