Ordered rear struts for 2022 Ford Escape. totally wrong fit, Completely non-responsive to email. Will not do business with them again, I gave them the correct make model and year they sent the wrong parts and now want me to pay shipping back to them, Waste of $125 and three days. I ordered an AC repair kit which should’ve included and it was pictured in their advertisement for the AC compressor, the condenser, O-rings, and a filter dryer… I received the Kit , but missing the condenser, which is one of two of the main parts of the whole system. I contacted them and gone back-and-forth for two weeks now and they’re telling me that it was never part of the Kit even though it’s completely pictured in the main picture of the advertisement, and when you scroll through the photos of the Kit the condenser photo by itself as part of the Kit on page 3 of 4 , but they’re telling me it’s not included in a refusing to send it to me… Horrible customer service this place is a scam. Do not order from them. I live in Arizona and it’s 115° and I’ve been without my vehicle for three weeks because of this and because of them I don’t wanna have to spend another $400 for something I’ve already paid for and should be simple and done and just send me the condenser already… Unacceptable.

This is a scam website. Placed an order with them received order number and thank goodness I printed the confirmation page. Never received an email confirmation or shipping email. Never received product, but my creidt card was charged right after placing order. When I reached out to inquire about the order they said they had no record of my order even though they charged me. Even told me my order # that I had printed off wasnt' theirs. Disputed with my credit card company. STAY CLEAR!!!

Hi Tammy. I'm sorry for the frustration, and I want to get to the bottom of this right away. I've personally searched our entire system and can't locate any order, charge, or customer record matching your details — which is why our team couldn't find it either. That usually means one of two things: the order was placed on a different website, or you may have been hit by a fraudulent site impersonating AutoBuffy (sadly these exist). Either way, I don't want you out a dollar. Please email me directly at [email protected] with your order number and the email you used, and I'll trace the charge personally and make it right. We've shipped hundreds of thousands of orders and I take this seriously. - Rick M. AutoBuffy Trust Specialist

They sent me the wrong front shocks, I ordered for a 2007 GMC 2500 HD with the three to six inch lift for front and rear shocks. They sent me the right rear shocks but my front shocks are standard size. Now getting somebody to send me a paid return label is impossible. They expect me to pay for the return when they sent me the wrong product. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Horrible, I purchased a set of shocks for 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac price was $74 free shipping tax was $5 = $79 they charged me $110. Tried canceling but kept saying error. I have a receipt but shows nothing to justify the final cost.
