I got refund without any delay
I have made 2 separate orders , the first one was out of stock , I got very disappointed since they notified me several days later , but they refunded me right away. On the second order , it was huge delay shipping it . I got very disappointed and called them. The customer rep told me that I should wait to get response from the manager, no one did get back to me, so I called again and asked to cancel the order , again it took 3 days to get a reply saying that my order was canceled while the part was already on the way to me I found out they were waiting for FedEx to pickup the package, that was the problem. it took FedEx 4 days to pick up the package. Anyway the part was returned back to them and I got refund right away. I give them credit for being honest and refund customers when they don't have parts .I would recommend ordering parts from them.
