Everything went smoothly, except for AutoBidMaster emailing me and telling me that I could not pick up the won RV auction item myself and that it would take a professionally shipper to removed the item from the Copart Yard. This was not the case! Copart had no problems we me picking up the RV myself and was most gracious to make me an appointment to pick up/remove the RV from their Rapid City, South Dakota yard.

Very bad experience. Never recommended! I have provided a budget for a vehicle which was in decent condition. The staff had bid a fully damaged vehicle with my budget. Literally I lost around 30k usd as the damage of the vehicle was almost like it had to be scrapped. I had no choice other than bring the vehicle to Dubai and repair it

Yesterday i bought a vehicle based on Autobidmaster Clear VIN Report, the report was shown me which the vehicle has only 4650 Mile, but when the car arrived it had 97000 mile, so i seriouly request to do not buy car from this Broker and don't trust to it's Clear Vin Report at all.

Security issue or software bug - they won't own up to it, nor will they provide proof that we made a bid. Sketchy at best; work with this vendor at high risk.

It is a good company but the prices of dealer fees, membership fees have gone up a lot and now something new is that they, yes or yes, are in charge of transporting the vehicles without giving you the option to do it privately (making it easier but at your own discretion). Sometimes it costs you much more than what it does on the market) they negotiate with the carrier and keep half of the cost of the transfer, which is wrong. They already charge a lot to be a member, they charge a fee on each purchase and to make matters worse they want to keep more money from the transportation. Last time I invested in a membership with them. ATTENTION!
