I ran into a problem with delayed deliveries. My shipment of two trucks was postponed for over a month. I had to cover the costs for the long delays and the extended route. Other than that, everything was fine. A lot of people here mention hidden fees, but this isn't the CIS, folks. You even pay tax on a can of Coke here, so it's funny to read those complaints since it's just how things are everywhere.

Most awful company Big scammers on shipping, ship with them and they delay shipping for over 3 months and them charge you $720 storage fee when I already paid the shipping in advance. It's going to be over 6 months to deliver a car, they delay the cars to make storage fees, shipping fees was $1620 now they want $720 at the top for storage fee when they already had the car to ship from day one. Do not ship with them to not regret.

Great company, I recommend it! The first experience of buying a car from the USA and delivery to Ukraine, besides, we clicked on the bids ourselves and won our car, the feeling is still there, in a pleasant way :) Everything went great, the whole chain from buying a car to delivery, most importantly, the car was delivered in 2 months and delivered in one piece, and this is a very important point! Terrible experience with Autobid Master. They are so unreliable and full of hidden fees. Eugene keeps coming up with excuses about longer shipping routes to extort more money. My car took six months to arrive from the USA to UAE. This company is a total scam! After putting on website 15-24 days on estimated time of delivery. It took them 8days to pickup car from the yard making me pay extra money to Copart. I won’t even advice my enemy to use autobidmaster! The car I bought since 22 December 2023 , I just received it June 5 2024. What kind of shipment is this? I regret ever doing business with this company.
