I don’t think anyone should use this company , all positive review allegedly fake!!! You will regret dealing with this company and that is if they are real

Lots of hidden costs that you end up paying way too much. The service from the employees is terrible, most of them barely care about customer problems. The employees treat the vehicles very poorly, so that everything in the car was very dirty and dusty and there were a lot more scratches and dents. The vehicle I bought at auction had to wait 2 months for the container alone and I had to pay extra money for the parking space during that time. People, stay away from Autobidmaster!!! Absolutely not recommended!!!

Excellent experience

I cannot recommend them to anyone. Why? They lie easily and with a bold face. If everything goes smoothly, you’ll never notice it. However, if something forces you to communicate with the company, you’re screwed. It’s up to you whether to use them or not, but I’d choose another company.

I purchased an advanced account so that I could bid on one specific car. The car sold for higher than I was willing to spend, so I needed to cancel my membership and request a refund. I called them and Ilham made sure to get my refund processed. Overall a very positive experience.

Thank you Luba for your tremendous help on resolving my account issues. She was very responsive and diligent in making sure the problem solved. She also gave me pointers on how to utilize all the tools the website provides.
