Hi Walter! We’re truly sorry to hear about this experience. The frustration you and your wife went through is the opposite of what we want for anyone using Aura. We understand how stressful unexpected charges can be, especially when you’re just trying to explore the app on a family plan. While Apple manages all billing for App Store purchases, we’d still love the chance to look into this further and do everything we can to help.
