The product is good but
The product is good. It will massage, and has a good range of settings but I bought it on Facebook, and it was advertised as a product that can be used on the Vagus nerve. The way it reaches the neck (position wise) this is unlikely. And also, the metal contacts on the device do not touch the neck unless you press it down and hold with your hands. This is a fault in that it fits a neck of a certain size - no adjustments to be made. I think this is sad, given that the product is selling for a high price.
