I have been using Aura for quite a while now, mostly for sleep support… but there is literally something for everyone. I would like to see more flexibility around customizing the sounds that continue after a story, meditation, coaching session, etc. It would also be interesting to see some interactive engagement opportunities… sometimes those really help my busy mind calm down and gently refocus.

I love Aura There is something for everyone. I mostly use the sleep hypnosis or stories as I tend to wake up every couple of hours. With Aura I never have an issue falling right back into sleep. I love the yogic meditations and chakra balancing and use one of them while I play my crystal bowls. It is so soothing. Aura has most definitely improved my quality of life.

Aura offers a wide variety of resources to deal with life’s challenges. Their health professionals routinely offer live sessions where you can delve into a topic or mental health technique with people from around the world. They also offer counseling for a fee.

Wide range of tools and techniques, and very prompt and courteous Customer Service.

Update (4 stars) Aura came through and refunded my subscription. I’d still like them to send reminders before taking the payment, especially as they are one of the more expensive subscriptions. Original review (2 stars) No warning of renewing subscription. I deleted my account as soon as I realised, so the same thing wouldn’t happen next year, but It stopped my access immediately, even though I’d just paid for another year! I’ve sent an email, I’ll update this review once I hear back from them. The times I signed up for specific sessions, they never actually happened.

I thought I had cancelled after the trial period, so as not to be billed a large annual fee, but instead it refunded the "family plan" and charge the basic annual fee which was still very expensive. So frustrated I came to trustpilot yesterday to write a nasty review. Today I return, because, despite the reviews here saying customer service is poor, my email to them got a response, and more importantly the refund I was looking for, the same day.
