There are better apps out there with more focused programs but my main complaint is they have been autobilling me without any renewal notification so turns out I have been paying for it for several years even though I have not been using it. BE CAREFUL to properly cancel if you do not like it. It does not show up in your Apple subscriptions and cannot be cancelled there

Tried Aura’s free trial and really loved it! Been regularly using it for sleep and meditation. Even recommended the app to my friends and family!

Aura has been an absolute life-saver for my mental health for the past 2 years and is a world better than other similar apps. It has an impressive breadth of content and the coaches are world-class.

Signed up for trial subscription, gave the app a try, found it to be full of amateur "coaches" but was charged in full after one week before I had a chance to cancel

Makes you do a lot of signing in and then wants to charge you after getting your email
