I had an outstanding experience with Aura Frames’ customer service team.. specifically with Farzana recently. From the moment I reached out, the staff was incredibly patient, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to address my questions & problems thoroughly and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. It’s rare to find such a responsive and customer-focused team, and I truly appreciate their dedication to making everything seamless. If you’re considering an Aura Frame, rest assured that their customer support is just as impressive as their product. Highly recommend!

I had two issues with my frame. First the power cord failed and then the screen of the frame got distorted so the pictures didn't show clearly. The power cord was immediately replaced for free. For the frame, even though it was no longer under warranty it was also replaced. So while I had some issues with the product they were immediately taken care of. We really like having the digital frame and think it's a great product and the customer service is top notch!

Aura may have the best customer service I have ever seen. Having trouble with our Aura (just would not come on - blank screen). So I contacted them to get suggestions and nothing seemed to work. So they just sent me a new one! Not sure how old our original Aura frame was but least several years. Unbelievable Customer Service. I will be recommending Aura to everyone I know. Well Done!

Highly recommend Aura for the excellent quality of the photo frame and ease of use but also for their first class after care. My frame stopped working outside of the guarantee period. Aura’s online troubleshooting tips were easy to follow but didn’t solve the issue. I used the link to their chat line and after following the instructions given again the screen remained black. I was told an email would be sent by customer services shortly which came early next morning (I made initial contact late in the day just before office hours closed). They offered to send a new power cable free of charge to see if this worked.Very clear instructions given re next steps and completing the delivery details on the link to my pre filled order along with tracking facility. The cable arrived the following morning as promised and my frame is working perfectly again. I am very happy with the speed and ease of this resolution. Well done and thank you Aura.

When my elderly father had a power surge his frame stopped working. I was worried it would need to be replaced after all of the help tips didn't work. I reached out to customer service and had a response within 24 hours. Within a week, I had a new cord (the suspected fix). I tried the new cord and we are back in business. I added some new pictures and he was back to telling me about all of his favorites. I thought by spending a bit more there would be customer service and I was glad to be proven correct.

My Aura went black. I tried resetting and nothing happened. I emailed customer support and they were so helpful. Just received a new power cord and my Aura is back up and working. I can’t say enough about the great customer support I received. Thank you again.

My Frame was a gift and did not connect properly to our WiFi. After multiple times of help from the Aura support group, they sent me a replacement Frame which works great. Thanks for the help Aura

Great product! Our family members each have a frame in their home and despite being thousands of miles we can keep up by sharing photos of daily life and special events. Love it when a new picture pops up! Only once had a need for customer service and the response was immediate and to our satisfaction. Love our Auras!
