Shipping was pretty good overall, and product. arrived nicely packaged. The only thing is that they restock super slow because the prices are too good, and also not that many selection. Was authentic though.

Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!! they used to be legit, not anymore! Spent $130 with them and they sent me an empty box with packing paper in it. I sent proof of me opening it and they refused to help, kept hanging up on me, a girl on the phone said they don’t do customer service and that no one will help me at usps if I file so too bad, wtf!!! Do NOT shop here! I’m sticking to Jomashop, venba, fragrance net or fragrance naveah! Way more options than this POS company!

Aye man just dont do it. Ordered 3 colognes got sent nothing but a tiny box with brown paper inside. ik the price seems tempting but they are scammers listen to the reviews!

It’s kind of crazy to see so many poor reviews. I’ve ordered maybe 15+ colognes off this site and all (except for one) have been a success. The colognes actually get delivered and the shipping is extremely fast (I live in TX and they’re based in Houston so that prolly makes a difference compared to most of yall). I even bought a gift for my friend who moved to MN and he got his delivered in a week so shipping is great. The only cologne that I bought from there that I feel kind of iffy about is a tester of roja parfums elysium, it’s very weak, sometimes smells like straight alcohol, and I need to spray A LOT (7-8 sprays) for others to smell on me. It’s a verified batch code but idk 🤷🏽‍♂️. Before I bought the tester on aurafrag, I tested this fragrance in store and I thought it was awesome, my bottle from aura just doesn’t make me feel like that. All other purchases have been an absolute success so I recommend buying from their website

The customer service is as awful as the other reviewers have said. I've ordered a few times from this store over the past year without issue. Recently I ordered 1 bottle each of two scents. They shipped right out, no problem. Like 1 of the scents so much I got right back on and ordered two more bottles of that scent. Not backordered; --- in stock. I've ordered many times before and I know how updates on the order work. Nothing moved for a week. So, I reached out to customer service asking if they could check on the order. I received a response back stating that I should patiently wait for "multiple bottles" to ship (which is usually how I order, btw). Okay, waited till the next week - nothing. So I reached back out asking if they could again please check the order/status and see if something was "stuck". 10 minutes later I get an email saying my order was cancelled. No email back, nothing. I can see the scent is still "in stock" so this is just that delightful customer service they are known for being pissy. It's really gross.

Unique experience allowing customers to sample all products - very rare these days !! The staff ate wonderful and patient!! Yes, I have purchased a number of perfumes and the fragrance oils are exceptional .

I ordered a cologne called xerjoff naxos for a good price. But I faced a lot of flaws with the shipping my order was delayed twice and was expected on a Thursday but got pushed back to a Monday But overall good and legit fragrance site 3 stars

Ordered Valentino which wasn’t that cheap at £60 . Took forever to arrive then when it it did it looked fake poor one at that . And it literally doesn’t smell of anything. Complete rip off sadly . And when you complain they just just around the fact they sold a fake
