Be aware FAKE FAKE FAKE! I bought Valaya parfume de Marly. Everything is wrong the color is mid/pale yellow original is definitely clear. The bottle has tassels which compare to original are more white then off white and shorter and have lesser strings. 0 stay power where is valaya is known do stay all Day pls done buy! They refuse to do anything

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered 2 bonds and received nothing from them. They said it was probably mail theft in transit and having a problem with USPS theft. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and did a USPS mail theft claim. Did a police report. Uploaded all the pictures they asked for. Empty box, bottom had been cut open and clear taped over. Package was filled with just packing materials. No room for anything. This POS won't give me my money back. This is clear violation of ftc law. I never received anything from these people. 315 dollars for NOTHING.

I had really bad experience with this company. I bought two men’s perfume as a gift for my husband. It was fake with bad quality and my husband had allergic signs to them. I wanted to return it but after talking with manager they didn’t accept that even for those which didn’t open. They had weak customer service.

Horrible packaging, scuffed up box, scratched up bottle, it was YSL Y EDP, received a fake JPG as well

They are SCAMMERS, I placed an order on August 7th and to this day they haven't ship the fragrances nor resposponded any of my emails a month after. The customer service is TRASH and unresponsive, maybe they used to be legit but my they literally rob me and procced to ignore me both on email and phone. DON'T LET THEM ROB YOU, THEY'RE SCAMMERS!

Not too long ago I purchased Byredo Mojave Ghost from AuraFragrance, as a gift for my dad, and when he opened it, the cap had broken off and the juice leaked all over the box. I reached out to their customer service which at first gave me hope that I would get help but after 2 responses they stopped and I followed up 3 TIMES to see if I could get help and they still havent responded. Ive read customer service horror stories like these online but never believed them until it happened to me and it absolutey sucks. 0/10

I ordered a niche fragrance from them. I received the package and opened it and the box was smashed in all four corners. It is also missing the top of the atomizer so I can’t even use it. After doing some homework the box should have been wrapped in cellophane, and mine was not. So it brings me to two questions. Is the fragrance real? Or did the ship me out somebody’s return. I’ve emailed three times and called six, and still no answer. UPDATE 9/5 /26 After no returns of VM’s and emails I put a dispute in with my credit card company Citi Bank. I sent the photos and filled out their complaint form. According to them they investigated and closed the dispute with no resolution. What a crock. After the Citi complaint Aura Fragrance emailed me and told me to return the fragrance to them at my cost then they will look at it and decide if it’s defective. I asked just to send me the atomizer sprayer which the said they will not do. I defective they will issue a refund and then I should just repurchase it. NOW. After all of that how could they possibly think I would do business with them again? So my solution was to go on Amazon buy a reusable glass perfume bottle and a perfume transfer kit. They have a part in there that will fit all atomizer tubes. Connect it and after about a thousand pushes of the atomizer I got it transferred into a new bottle that works. So if you’re thinking of buying from Aura fragrance good luck. There is a reason why they have such a low rating on here. THEY HAVE EARNED IT.

I bought two creed fragrances they ship it fast the fragrance are not legit. They are weak and they do not smell good quality. They advertise as legit but clearly they are not. I do not recommend this website to purchase fragrance
