Here I am giving a real review from a real online customer, for all of those saying “the bad reviews must be fake”. I live in Southern California and I’ve used Aurafragrance for a total of 4 orders. My most recent order has to be a joke. The package arrived a little over a week after the order was placed. But the kicker is, when I opened the package, there was nothing in it LOL. No cologne, no shipping paperwork, no receipt, just the confetti paper used to protect the cologne within the package. I immediately emailed customer service and submitted the online contact form on their website. The next day I called on 3 separate occasions, about 1 hour apart and no answer. It went to voicemail. I am unhappy with this experience. For my fourth order to be a bad experience is unacceptable. Also, the difficulty of getting a hold of customer service is disappointing.

Prices might be good, except shipping time was horrible and so was the packaging, fragrance came leaking and its box was dented, poor packaging for the order, came in a thin white padded envelope type package, also paid for fastest shipping (1-2 days) and received it nearly 7 days later

Buyer beware. I bought several Mancera perfumes and I am pretty sure at least is fake because it smells like straight up sardines!!!! And packaging is off. No date or lot number on bottom of box. Cannot return. Will not accept returns if you have opened box. Will Not buy from again.

They’ve sent an almost empty (95% empty) Perfumes de Marly Percival . Lucky I’ve used PayPal for the purchase, and they’ve sent a return label with no time.
