Aura FragranceReviews of aurafragrance.com

This is absolute honest and original review I ordered spicebomb metallic musk on august 26 got the fragrance on august 29 maybe because i live in houston which aurafragrance has its warehouse in. Everything looked legit the bottle was full it smells like the original and its a great fragrance im writing this rewiev after i sprayed the cologne 2 hours ago it still lasting on my skin i will edit it if it goes away quick but overall really like it

I had done a little research to know that “yellowstone” was my choice of scents to try first, however, when ordering I could not find that was an option for the initial order. The website / app are not the easiest to navigate. They did make it clear with my first order, I was agreeing to a membership for 3 months (some companies are not forthcoming with that, until you noticed you’ve been charged for it). I’ve only had it two days…. using it on the lowest setting and the scent is fragrant enough in the living area. I LOVE the ease of operation from my phone! If the scent bottle lasts for a month, I will continue with the membership, as it is so much easier (and probably cheaper too) than changing out all the wall unit refills every 2-3 weeks. I might even order one for upstairs.

After a disappointing previous order, Aura Fragrance completely redeemed themselves with this one! My Bond No. 9 Manhattan arrived quickly and smells absolutely beautiful—a rich, smooth chocolate gourmand that is delicious without being overly sweet. The price was fantastic, especially for Bond No. 9, and the shipping was impressively fast. This experience was a complete turnaround from my last one, and I believe in giving credit where it’s due. Great fragrance, great price, and fast service. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I ordered a niche fragrance from them. I received the package and opened it and the box was smashed in all four corners. It is also missing the top of the atomizer so I can’t even use it. After doing some homework the box should have been wrapped in cellophane, and mine was not. So it brings me to two questions. Is the fragrance real? Or did the ship me out somebody’s return. I’ve emailed three times and called six, and still no answer. UPDATE 9/5 /26 After no returns of VM’s and emails I put a dispute in with my credit card company Citi Bank. I sent the photos and filled out their complaint form. According to them they investigated and closed the dispute with no resolution. What a crock. After the Citi complaint Aura Fragrance emailed me and told me to return the fragrance to them at my cost then they will look at it and decide if it’s defective. I asked just to send me the atomizer sprayer which the said they will not do. I defective they will issue a refund and then I should just repurchase it. NOW. After all of that how could they possibly think I would do business with them again? So my solution was to go on Amazon buy a reusable glass perfume bottle and a perfume transfer kit. They have a part in there that will fit all atomizer tubes. Connect it and after about a thousand pushes of the atomizer I got it transferred into a new bottle that works. So if you’re thinking of buying from Aura fragrance good luck. There is a reason why they have such a low rating on here. THEY HAVE EARNED IT.

I bought two creed fragrances they ship it fast the fragrance are not legit. They are weak and they do not smell good quality. They advertise as legit but clearly they are not. I do not recommend this website to purchase fragrance

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed — this is NOT the Oud for Greatness I know I bought Oud for Greatness specifically because I already knew this fragrance and knew how powerful it was supposed to be. I smelled it on someone at work and could literally smell it from several meters away. That experience is exactly why I decided to buy my own bottle. Unfortunately, the bottle I received is completely different in terms of performance. The scent itself seems recognizable, but the performance is extremely weak. Almost no projection, very poor longevity, and after a short period of time I can barely smell it myself. Other people around me cannot smell it either. This is especially concerning because Oud for Greatness is known as a powerful, long-lasting fragrance. I did not buy it expecting a weak skin scent. If a retailer is selling fragrances that have been significantly diluted, reformulated, improperly stored, or otherwise compromised, customers deserve to know exactly what they are paying for. A low price does not justify selling a product that performs dramatically differently from the genuine fragrance experience consumers expect. Retailers should be very careful with this kind of situation. Selling a fragrance that has been excessively diluted or compromised can raise serious consumer-protection and product-quality concerns. I strongly recommend testing Oud for Greatness somewhere else before purchasing it here. My experience with this bottle has been extremely disappointing, and I would not purchase this fragrance from this retailer again. 1/5 — I expected the beast-mode Oud for Greatness I knew. This bottle is nowhere close.

Decided to leave a review after seeing the amount of bad reviews on here.. Well my experience has never been bad with Aura Fragrance. I have been shopping from them for a few years now and I've even returned a few fragrances that I sprayed a few times and didn't like, no questions asked (usually). Everything I have received has been legit and I've ordered fragrances from $15 cheapies to $200+ niche fragrances. All legit. I am definitely loyal to them. They're really good at cancelling orders before they ship out too, and they cancel them over weekends as well which I really like. I am also in Texas so I've never really had any shipping issues, longest I've had to wait for them to give USPS my package was probably 4 days but that was a one time thing. And one other thing, one time I had ordered a bottle of Ombre Leather EDP. It had been leaking when it delivered after spraying a few times, and I did contact Aura about it and they prepared me a label for me to send it back. But I had waited a few days for the leak to resolve and it did (It was in the PEAK 100F+ Texas weather).

I am confused by these negative reviews as my perfume was a great price, came very quickly and was 100% authentic. I ordered Ariana Grande's Love Notes perfume and it came w/in 5 business days and smelled just as my old bottle had. Did not have one issue with my order. Will order again in the future!
